Meeting Time/Dates and Vice Chair Rotation
DRMT meetings are normally held 2:00-5:00pm on the second Wednesday of every month. Meetings are always open to the public! Please Join the E-mail list for meeting notifications. The 2024 meeting schedule and the rotating Vice Chair for each meeting can be found here: View Meeting Schedule [PDF]
*NOTICE: There will be no meeting this July. See you in August!
Meeting Location
As of January 2023, and unless notified otherwise, DRMT meetings are held in-person at the Dungeness River Nature Center, with the option of attending virtually via Zoom. Occasionally, summer or fall field trips may occur in place of meetings, in which case an announcement will be posted on the HOME page.
In the case of inclement weather, a decision on whether to hold the meeting will be made by 10:00 AM on the day of the scheduled meeting. We will attempt to promptly notify DRMT members of any cancellation, but please call ahead if you want to be sure of the meeting time and place.

Meeting Notes
An effort will be made to record DRMT meetings and summarized notes. DRMT members will review and approve meeting notes during the following month’s meeting. APPROVED notes will then be saved in the Meeting Notes Archive, and meeting recordings should be posted to https://clallamcowa.portal.civicclerk.com/. (On that page, select “Miscellaneous Meetings” from the “Event Categories” dropdown menu. The Upcoming Meetings will pop up. Scroll up to see the Archived Meetings).
